I watched. The first night is always slow and everyone is nervous. They have next week to prove themselves.

I really enjoyed it. Some more than others. My faves were Hines and Ralph. They got my votes last night.

I also liked Kirstie, but used up all of my votes and couldn't vote for her. She did win the battle representing the big girls. Wendy sucked. She was like Kate Gosselin out there. Poor Tony.

Romeo, Petra, Chelsea have potential. Chris needs some work. Kendra's booty shaking will serve her well in the latin dances. Sugar Ray disappointed me, since he was one of several I was looking forward to seeing. Psycho Mike also sucked.

As a general statement, I agree with your critique Sharika. Although I didn't think Wendy was nearly as AWFUL as Kate was. Is it just me (I doubt it), or does Wendy look like a large muscular man dressed in drag?

Petra bored me. She has a great story, but boring dance presence.

Chelsea did really good, I thought.

I usually don't like the football players, but I kind of liked Hines. Carrie Ann was right, he was "sparkly." LOL!

Both Ralph and Kirstie rather quite surprised me. I expected both of them to bomb at one level or another. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. They both did really well. When Maks said Kirstie was 60, I thought he was just kidding. Then I saw her hands and thought "Whoa! Maybe he wasn't kidding!!!!" I looked her up on IMDB, and holy cow - she really IS 60!!!! WOW!!!!

You're not alone in that sentiment. Wendy is a long tall Sally. I'm still not totally convinced she's not a man. As for the Kate comparison, we're just going to have to agree to disagree on that one. She stiffen up and it reminded me of Kate. She started off confident, but suddenly lost herself. She needs to bring that big personality of hers to the dance floor. I expected more from her.

I'm not a football fan at all, but I have loved just about every footballer that's been on the show. Hines is just as cute as Jason Taylor.

why did you think they wouldn't do well? Kirstie has never been shy about telling her age. And Ralph is 49, if you can believe that. That man has not aged. Thought it was funny when he told Karina that this may not have aged (pointing to his face), but the rest of the body has.

I was happy with the final 5 and the final 4.
The final 3 was tough to pick...
I liked them all but Ralph was my favorite. Ralph leaving really made me .

Kirstie is my new fave, though Chelsea is great and Hines is pretty good too.

This was a good season, I thought!! Most everyone was pretty likable and had some good moments.
