Good. That was strange.
I also asked Jim to consider an X Factor section when the time comes... |

| I saw a commercial for "The Voice" the other day.. I dunno if there is voting involved, but the judges don't get to see the contestants.. only hear them... |

This show kind of popped up out of nowhere. I'm very curious to see how it goes. The judges are all pros, so I hope they will at least have something intelligent to say about the singing. Not so much a fan of Carson Daley (sp?)but he should be okay, as long as the show isn't all about him and the judges. Guess we'll just have to wait and see . . .

Hey Roi,
When I try to use my puters in the back yard I can't even see my cursor.
Is there a "resolution" adjustment I can incorporate to deal with this problem?
Up or down?
I don't want to screw my unit up messing around so I figured I'd just ask you.
I am good with the net but when it comes to puter settings beyond security and add block I am clueless.

awww man.. I'm sorry... I saw this but didn't answer it immediately, then forgot about it...
the problem is during daylight, right?
there should be some sort of contrast and brightness adjustment for the screen... I dunno whether to go brighter or darker... just try both ways and see which is better...
also, there may be some sort of adjustments to the mouse in the control panel that makes the curser larger or makes it black or makes it blink
that's all I can think of |

Thanks, Rock! I woke up with a headache and the so-called phone did not charge overnight. I would try taking the battery out but I have no idea how to open this thing up to get it out. This phone is less than two months old! I may take you up on the other idea of throwing it out in the snow, but I do need to get a working phone ASAP. I should have known when this phone was marked down to less than half of its original price that something was up. . . Oh well, I better get going on looking for a new phone . . . and, oh yeah, if I had your phone number, I certainly would call you. In technical matters, I need all the help I can get!
STELLA
p.s. Well okay, I admit that I probably need help in more than just technical matters and I am very grateful to have friends willing to help. . .
I f your calling rock for technical help. you are in a bad way. tale it back where you got it. rock, please investigate theses red asquiggley lines. I only see them when Im typing, but the disAPPEAR WHEN i post. WTF?
I will kill your thread! Dead!
I didn't call Rock because I still do not have his phone number BUT I did call my cell service provider and they helped me figure out how to get the phone to work and later sent me a new free battery which I knew how to replace. I am happy to say that the phone has been working quite well ever since (fingers crossed). . .as to your red squiggly lines, too much caffeine maybe??? |
