I'm not one to run around accusing people of being racist. I gently said that I didn't like the comparison. You then changed the list of rankings so that it seemed I was calling him that. So we're good. Just leave me out. Reply when you read this and I'll delete the whole conversation. My part anyway.
I can understand how it might seem to you that you were being portrayed as calling him that... but what you actually called him is still in this thread for all to see.
I did explain that *I* would be calling him that until he either leaves the show, or until everyone is sufficiently desensitized to the actual comparison that was made.
I was beginning to think that time was near, but apparently it isn't. As I said, I'll remove your name in the next update. |

| I think it is rude to refer to one of the contestants in the poll as Lusk 2.0 why don't you just do that with all the contestants rather than single him out. Find some derogatory name for each one of them. This is supposed to be an unbiased rating of the contestants here. |

ok, I am going to update my list to reflect what I think the order of contestants and not my preferences.

Now, what I think the order should be at this point based on my likes and dislikes
1)Elise--love the rasp and depth of her voice
2)Phillip--great voice, seems like a good guy
3)Colton--good guy, not a real strong voice but has a sound for the
radio
4)Joshua--not a fan of his type of music but a great voice
5)Skylar--is this becoming Country Idol. One trick pony
6)Hollie--David Bowie look alike who should be out by now. Good voice
but no stage presence
7)Jessica--Pia of this year. Can't stand the flaunting by the judges.
Boring performer. Will be top 2 because the judges are
idiots and America will listen to the judges begging for
votes for her. I wish to hell the save was not available.

Think about it and if you can come back to me and say that there is absolutely no derogatory intent in it I will believe you. The thing is you are not using anything like that for any other contestant. Also you know that Lusk was the guy almost everybody loved to hate the other season. So if you are not using terms like that for the other contestants I don't think it is fair to use that for him. |
