Facebook got 1 of the B3 AND the loser correct...
Twitter got... ZERO... unless you adjust EVPs numbers.. in which case, it got 1 of the B3 AND the loser
DI got 2 of the B3
and the Average was 2 of the B3
Vegas got 2 of the B3 AND the loser...
votefair got 2 of the B3
DialIdol Experts poll average got all 3 of the B3!!! |

Did Ryan say these were the actual bottom three vote getters?
Because I know how crazy this sounds but I think they put Deandre AND Heejun in the bottom 3 because of the online chatter.
I could be wrong and crazy, lol, but I think the producers were trying to teach Heejun a lesson. |

Nah. They were both in the Bottom Three because they're two of the worst performers on there. Erika got the boot because voting patterns are biased towards male performers.

Well, Dial Idol had Shannon at the very bottom in Raw Numbers last week and she went home. This week, it had Heejun at the very bottom in Raw Numbers. The theory is that Raw Numbers is a better indication of who's going home in the early stages of the finals. The Dial Idol prediction becomes a better indicator the deeper it gets into the finals. So I have no trouble believing that Heejun really was in the bottom three this week. |

The first statement is correct. The 2nd is not in my opinion. Erika got the boot because she couldn't connect with voters and was never that popular to begin with.
One of my favorite AI recappers who also posts on IDF did a long rant about that subject. We have a girl who had 6 million YouTube views from one performance. We have one who's this year's token country singer that also has one of the most unique voices and personalities in all 11 seasons. We have a girl who stumbled this week but has one of the biggest voices in a long time(a "mini Aguilera" he called her) and a great personality as well. With the exception of Elise, the girls still have a shot at taking the title this year I think. Who do the guys have? Phillip Phillips and Colton Dixon. Heejun? Out of here in a couple weeks. DeAndre?Outta here even sooner. Joshua? Out sooner than most people think.
Erika had a very good voice and seemed like a nice lady, but keep in mind Elise sings in a very similar style,appeals to the same type of voters, and sang rings around her. It's not that AI voters don't like girl singers, they just didn't happen to like this one. |

| The last time I checked, DeAndre is black, Heejun is Asian and neither of them play guitars! That's what we're talking about, not WGWGs- which is by far the stupidest expression ever used when talking about this show! |

what you were talking about is "voter bias"... and bias towards WGWG is effectively the same as bias against all the others...

| I left out Cook on purpose because he's simply in another league above the other 4. Easily the best male Idol in all 11 seasons, and probably my all time favorite. I love that bottom pic of those by the way, I forgot how much he looked like Alfred E. Neuman until now! He's actually coming to my town in September, and I have zero interest in going! |

I don't feel the need to post the actual results but the final results from the top 10 poll look a bit different from those. DeAndre lost 16 votes from ballot stuffing (multiple attempts from the same voter), which put him right where he belonged.
Something I think I should probably mention about this poll. A user here said they voted multiple times on purpose and didn't have any of their attempts blocked. This is because unlike most online polls that are automated and the results are automatically calculated, VoteFair is manually calculated by the people who run the site, so it sometimes takes multiple attempts to remove them. It usually seems there is one who contestant who's fans do that over there-last year it was Thia in the early rounds, Scotty in the later ones, so always take that into account when looking at that poll.
